Studio Rules (Epic Loft & Castle Loft)

• Overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate, in 30-minute increments.
• Do not leave the AC / air conditioning running when you leave — please turn it off at the end of your booking.
• Dirty cyc wall fee: $100.
• Smoking fee: $300. Smoking is not permitted inside the studios.

Italian Villa Estate Rules

• No loud music outdoors after 9:00 PM (21:00).
• No parties — the villa is available for production bookings only.
• Alcohol is allowed only with prior written permission.
• Guests must take their own trash with them at the end of the booking.
• A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required for all villa bookings.
